Terms & Conditions
The below Terms & Conditions apply to any customers placing orders with Artisan Soft Furnishings and form the contract between you the customer and Artisan Soft Furnishings.
We reserve the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
PLACING AN ORDER & STOCK AVAILABLITY:
Orders for any of our products can be placed via website or by post (Please include cheque for the correct amount).
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We endeavour to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock. If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you. We shall advise you of the likely timescale of any delay, but you are of course at liberty to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you within a 3 day period we will cancel the order and refund in full.
PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:
Artisan Soft Furnishings accepts all major credit/debit cards using Paypal. You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Any incorrect information given will cause delays in your order being processed. Payment can also be made by cheque for orders placed via post, please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear before order will be processed. We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
Ownership of goods will belong to the purchaser as soon as delivery has taken place.
All purchases are delivered to the address supplied at time of purchase. We aim to dispatch your order within a week of ordering. If we cannot do this - You will be informed by email and please allow up to 28 days for delivery if there are bad weather conditions, strikes etc all delivery timescales are estimated and can not be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to meet all delivery dates. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods.
Artisan Soft Furnishings must be informed of any discrepancies by fax or email within 3 days.
Artisan Soft Furnishings will not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom unless quote requested for delivery costs and costs agreed.
Artisan Soft Furnishings endeavours to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate. However, all dimensions given are approximate and may vary. We advise all customers that although fabric swatches are available to view on the website, colour reproduction may vary depending on your computer software. For this reason we suggest that customers request samples of desired fabrics through the Contact Us Page.
Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.
Artisan Soft Furnishings make every effort to ensure that the pricing of the products available on the website are up to date and correct. However, should an error in the pricing of a product occur, we will notify the customer immediately. The customer can then choose whether to reconfirm their order at the revised price or cancel. If we are unable to reach the customer or you fail to respond within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
At Artisan Soft Furnishings, it is our policy not to distribute, sell, rent in any way make available, your name, email address or any other personal information to any third party.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS:
We at Artisan Soft Furnishings are sure that you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the outlined conditions below are met.
All customers must inform Artisan Soft Furnishings by fax or email of their wish to return an item within 7 working days and return it within 28 days of receipt of item. Any items returned without prior notification will be refused.
All items to be returned must be in perfect condition (unless faulty) unused and in the original packaging. The full cost of the return is at the customers expense and the customer is responsible for the safety of the goods until they are delivered undamaged to Artisan Soft Furnishings. We recommend therefore, that the item is securely packaged, well labelled and sent via recorded delivery or courier service with the relevant insurance. All returns must be sent to:

Once the returned item has been received in a satisfactory condition, a refund will be made to the card that was used in the original transaction or a cheque will be issued.
